Vermillion Waters strives to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. We offer our customers the kind of service we offer our family members. We want you to enjoy shopping and learning about water gardening from us, to tell your friends about us, and to become part of our "family." After placement of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and ship your order within 72 hours (out of stock items or other extenuating circumstances not withstanding).

Returns

If, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned with shipping prepaid in new, unused and untested condition. All packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards and all accessories must be returned as they were received. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. Refusal of delivery does not waive your responsibility and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable: special order items, custom cut products, pond liners, underlayment, tubing, replacement bulbs, aquatic plants and all liquids.

Privacy

At Vermillion Waters we respect your privacy. The information we collect when you place your order is used only to process that order and respond to inquiries. If you request to be placed on our e-mail list, we will send you product information, sale notices, garden tips, etc. Vermillion Waters will not sell or give your personal information to others.
